I Found a 95 RS with a M/T that was wrecked from the side. Can i take all the M/T parts from that car and put them in my 97GS that is an A/T and if I can use the 95RS M/T to turn mt A/T into a M/T what would i have to change.Things like ECU's TMC's or anything like that and y am doing this what should i upgrade on the M/T i was thing Clutch,phantom Grip,flywhell,and a short shifter

yes

yes, the tcu will have to be taken off. And if you want your tach to be accurate and your speedo to work without a cel you will need a MT ecu , make sure its the same year as your car.

I did, I got the ssymborski (sp?) shifter kit, the short throw shifter , and im looking for a good clutch, thinking about the fly wheel.

that is correct, all the parts should be the same, except the ECU, you would need to buy a 97 MT ECU.
the rest is piece of cake.
the TCU will need to be removed, and the ground wire from it grounded to the clutch assy for the car to start.
the speedo is 3 cables color oriented.
the tach, i have the stock AT 8k RPM tach and have NO problems.
that sensor is in the crank, and is not related to the tranny.
you shoukld have no problems, if you change it to the MT 9k rpm tach i have not idea if it would work.
rest of the things, depend on you. mod your car as if it was MT :)
