825, back-up lamp fuse keeps blowing.

If I shift manually just for the hell of it, it usually results in no OD- backup fuse blows. I have the razo gungrip shifter in there now. I don't see why that would affect it. Should I try moving up to a larger fuse? maybe a 15 or something? Or wouldn't that work? I'm no electrician. I just know I'm blowing too many fuses here.

I had the same problem with my Razo..... I ended up taking it all apart and putting some electric tape around the metal bar going down the center. Mine was arching on the rod causing the fuse to blow (I must of replaced it like 20 times before I elected to do something about it). After I did that I have had no problems. Just a thought.

I don't have that metal rod tho. It wasn't long enough to get my car to drop to L. I put a wooden dowel pin in there so it is long enough to push the button and drop to L if I want to. :thumbsup
