Im doing a manual conversion on my 99 eclipse rs and need to know if i need to get different axles or differential or if i can use the one that is on my car.I have every part but iam not sure about this.

The diff is inside the trans. if you bought an MTX trans, you've got an MTX diff. The axles have the same spline count, so yeah, you can use your auto axles.

So then im all set right?Also should i buy new clutch lines and not use the used ones i got.And what tranny mount do i need upper or rear?thanks for the help
