ok when your at wot and the car shifts to high gear does it seem like it cuts off(goes pulls hard until 4000rpm and then drops to 3500rpm and starts pulling again)what could be casin this???i've talked to a couple of people localy and they say thier cars dont do it(they are 95-96)but my question is what is casing this/can it be fixed/how??? this is very annoying...

see if your problem mimics that. If so its your torque converter locking up. does it to mine too...
