Where can I get the input and output speed sensors? Can you only get them from a dealer or what? Advance, O'Reilly's and Autozone all say dealor only part. Should I risk trying to buy the sensors from ebay, or does anyone know a better way?

dealer. http://nawdu.de/files/97-99ECB.PDF page 1200, print that page out, take it with you and give em' your VIN #. tell em you want #11 & #8 on that diagram. some ppl are dumb fucks at parts places.
