So my girlfriend's trans that I previously posted about? Metal flakes, loose diff pin, and doesn't downshift.
:(
I got a 99 auto tranny but the plug was different. Some quick research and I see they went from round pins to flat pins but the pin output remains the same.
I need to find the 99 flat pin plug that goes to the valve body on the transmission.

good luck. if it's the plug that has about 10-12 pins, extremely hard to find

Don't tell me that :(
It has slots for 10 pins, but only 9 are used. It goes right in the front next to the onboard tranny computer.

Send stangmurdera (Miller Import Parts) a PM.

He parts these cars, and may have your connector ;)

Just make sure that the individual wire functions are the same.

tim's right. there are two styles of plugs. one is rectangular with rounded corners, the other is round IIRC
