When putting my car in drive I've getting a wierd noise kinda of like a heat sheild rattleing just for about 3 seconds then the car goes in to gear. The car drives very good I have really no complaints I thought that it may have been normal like just the pump engageing or something. It does it matter it I'm putting it in drive or reverse in makes the noise for just a second or two. I thought I've heard other dsm's do this but I'm not sure. Can anyone give me help in finding what the problem noise might be or is it just common. Thanks

There is no problem. All of our ATX do that. It's just something you have to get use to. No need to worry man.

Ive heard it actually has something to do with small air bubbles in the fluid but then again. Ive yet to see an AT eclipse that didnt so dont worry bout it.
