4339, CEL P0700, P0750 need help.

So i was driving home and i get off the freeway when all of a sudden the car just reved up and didnt move than started in gear after i came to a stop. Now the car dosnt shift and says I got the following codes from an ODB2 scanner. Says the soleniod malfunction and TCM error. What is the best way to approach this in fixing it? Is it a simple fix? Please let me know. Thank you

Problem fixed. replaced the solenoid pack along with the fluid, filter and gasket.
