I don't know what type of tranny I have. I have a auto. 99 rs. I want to know what type they have and if there are any shift kits that are compatable w/it.

I hope you are not expecting the shift kit to give you the "tire chirping" performance like the one you would put in a Camaro or Mustang. Just think of the shift kit for our ATX like a shift "improver" kit, it contains parts that probably should have been installed from the factory. Think of it as a way to get more life out of your transmission. I have it installed and did not really notice a difference, but supposedly it is suppose to help extend the life of the transmission. Hope that answers some of your questions.

np dude srry for sounding like a dick... pain pillz r getting to me :) but ya.... the shift kit inproves shifts and give u a bit more grab between shifts... like he said tho... not quite enouph to give ya a hard on..... now add a 3500+ tourqe converter to that and you'll notice thinngs lol

Yeah. I wasn't look'n for the kit to give me eye-pop'n performance. Just something that would help the tranny out in the long run, and maybe a little bit better shifts.
