Well. You've got several options.
First: Dropping the pan will not get 100% of the fluid out. The TC (torque converter) is still full of fluid that will not drain out.
Second: This one is a bit complicated but can be done. Get a bucket full of ATF+3 from Chrysler. Undo your cooling lines. If needed to reach the bucket, get some clear tube about 1/2 inch. The cooling lines are right up front below the shifter. Two little "nipples" sticking out. Pull off both of the lines coming out. These lines are going to your stock cooler. Take the 1/2 inch tubing you got, and attach them to both inlet/outlets. Have someone start your car very quickly to determine which outlet is the outlet or which inlet is the inlet. The outlet will be the one with the black fluid, obviously.
Get yourself another bucket. And run the tubing INTO that bucket. Take the other tube attached to the tranny "nipples" and run it into the bucket full of ATF+3. Now, start the car, making sure the appropriate tubes are in the right buckets. What will happen is this: the tube running into the CLEAN ATF+3 bucket will be sucked out and into the tranny. While the DIRTY ATF+3 will be pushed into the empty bucket. Once the DIRTY ATF+3 tube begins to turn more and more red you are about done.
The other way to the above procedure is to break the line at the cooler (not literally break). That way your stock cooler will be cleaned out as well.
Three: Go to Jiffy Lube and let them do step 2 but with a machine. I work at Jiffy Lube and have seen it done, and done it myself. Its about the same to do it as number 2.
Fourthly: You can do step 1, and then about 1500=3000 miles later do it again. I advise you get a drain plug for your tranny pan if you do step 4. That way you arnt prying off the pan again and again.
My advice is to attempt step 2, get a friend who can help too.

Our transmissions hold about 9.1qts. Id get 10-12 qts incase you drop some/lose some or whatever. Also, this way you KNOW you flushed through more than enough.
Chrysler sales the MOPAR ATF+3, but be ready to give your left nut for it. Its pretty expensive, but well worth it. Id say get any old ATF+3 but...i dunno. For future reference, if you EVER need like extra fluid, DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT use Dexron/Mercon under any circumstances. And dont let anyone tell you that its ok:).
But yea, go to Chrysler and getcha some ATF+3. If it isnt much more, try ATF+4. Just a new formula or some shit. Was a rumor they quit making ATF+3 so when youre out youre out. though when i heard that I called the local Chrysler here in Nashville and asked em and he said he had tons.
So, its up to you on ATF+3 or +4. Basically the same, but +4 is "better" and improved.
