sometimes when let off the gas(especially goibg uphill) my tranny slips.... sounds like its lipp down a gear, or into neutral for a second...any idea what this could be?

Does it kinda feel like the whole front of the car falls on its face? I get the same thing - i think it may have something to do wit the torque converter spinning. Its got all that forward motion and then when you let off the gas it kinda jolts it or something. Then again i was thinking maybe its a clogged fuel filter. lol i dunno what it is.

not really, its kinda like a downshifted, or shifted into neutral for a split sec..... the rpms raise up a bit

wrong fluid level could cause that problem to happen. Or not enough pressure for the fluid. Its also possible that the input sensor is going out that would cause similar problems but you should throw a cel on that one.
