ok now WTF is wrong? I was out droppin my boy off at his house at about 11:30 pm (no that this matters) and i had the car in drive ,TQ switch was off, and OD was off. We were at a stop sign and just flored it 1st was great (we advacnded the hell out of my timming) 2nd kicks in and we even get a lil churp.. (im thinkin cool)then the rpms just keep climbing....finally im at 6500rpms and the jump to 7300 rpms and the tranny goes into shit mode and slips. so i let off the gas completely and 3rd kicks in.... everythings fine from here on... but W...T....F.....was that?*l*

You probably freaked it out. Remember the trannys computer controlled so it probably saw "Hmmm torque converter should be locking up, oh shit its not, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh quick throw a CEL and go into shit home mode."

And then when you let off it went "Thank you" and put it back into normal driving mode.

I cant tell you technically what happened, but you probably just tripped something. Such as hitting 7300rpms!!! Made your poor A604 mad:(. lol

If it causes you more problems id be concerned about it, but if its smooth dont worry.

Check your connections for the lockup switch.

On a side note, speaking of 7300 rpms... I'll have a way for us to do this soon. I'm trying to get it completely functional and stable.

Yeah dougie if you do that man it should with our other mods give us a nice advantage over the 5speeds ( at least from a roll ). Would be wonderful if we could hold our power that long :thumbsup . Keep us posted.

Alright guys... I'll really start trying to finalize some mods I'm working on. What I need from you guys is ANY AND ALL information you have about the A604 electrical system... diagrams, inputs/outputs, calculated adjustments, etc.
