Im stuck in Cleveland Tennessee. My ATX went limp and I drove it like 180 miles and well, now its dead. Why drive it 180 miles? cause there wasnt even a gas station to stop at.
Shop is quoting me 1800 to fix it. Id rather sell it with the turbo kit leather,carputer GPS, etc and everything for 4500 then dump another 2K in it.
please help get me home Im 660 miles from home stuck 20 miles eats of chatanooga TN

Fuuuuuughkkkk! Might just be cheaper to rent a moving vehicle and tow that bitch home yourself. I woudl take the opportunity to go MTX swap. 1800 is too much...

got all the small parts for 140 and the tranny for 400.
knock it out in a day or two.

I have a ATX out of a 95 or early 96 and I live in Thompson's Station TN. Clevland TN is about 165 miles east from me. If we can figure a way to get it here we can swap it out.

The earlist that I would be able to get it there would be tomorrow after work. Which would put me getting there somewhere around 6:00 pm.

Dunno if you check this at work, but I hope you do. I sent you a PM with the address and phone number (my cellie) Im waiting for the shop to let me know if the current ATX is fixable or not; Im pretty sure it isnt.

got the tranny, its sitting in the trunk of a 92 plymouth sundance.
We take it to the shop at 8am , then they should be raping my bank account by 1pm and I should be back on the road sometime tomorrow.
pray for me :)

this is such a pits thread now,lol
the tranny place is gonna try to use the internals from joes tranny to fix mine, they said its easier then trying to do the wiring. I got a rental car ($271) to drive home and Ill be coming back down here in a week to pick up my 2g, if I can afford both the labor and the transportation.
