The VC is stock black and the flywheel is from a 95 neon.

Sorry I can't really afford to go any cheaper than $50.... And the flywheel weighs 15lbs.

what kidna flywheel is that a 95 neon flywheel weighs 17+ some up to 22lbs??

It's a 95 stock flywheel. My scale says 15lbs :/ I'm sure it could be off a few pounds though.
