The upper portion has been shaved almost completely (Almost impossible to smooth out the entire thing) and covered with Black and Clear high temp paint and then baked in my gas grill. The finish is very durable. The tb opening has also been bored out to 60 mm for you turbo guys. The ports where the two halves come together have been opened up and matched also. On the bottom half, the injector humps have been ground down and the port openings have been enlarged and matched to the cylinder head. It also has the same Black and Clear high temp paint but has not been shaved. It just takes too damn long! $150 shipped

damn that thing is clean! just dropped mine off at the machine shop today for a quote to get mine done. I might as well do it myslef. What did you use for the porting and polishing? If they give me some rediculous quote I might have to get that from you or do it myself.

will the stock injectors fit snug in the ports without leaking?

I didnt do anything with the injector bungs. They should work like stock. Right now the item is in the middle of a sale but nothing is final yet.

Crap,this thing hasn't sold yet? WTF, my machine guy wanted 250 to do something similar to mine! C/mon,someone's gotta want this thing. If mine wasn't almost done already thanks to your quick tips (didn't actually buy that kit) I would have bought it instead of the nitrous. I think I made a good choice though... sorry-
