probably because you can get a whole new front end for nearly the same price. that would be my guess. i would get one if i had the money, my front end is scraped all to hell

Why dish out the money when the damn thing breaks, all I've ever heard was horror stories about those things.

horror stories come from horrible drives. i got the plastic one from rmdsm and so far it's chin spoiler 2, road kill 0. and the chin spoiler that nick, gsxtcy is offering is real hand laid carbon fiber. not just fiber glass with a sheet of carbon fiber over it. this is the rear deal. price is good and so is quality. the road kill i've hit so far, all it's done is break two little plastic tabs and i've already replaced those. so if the rmdsm one can hold to that, then the carbon fiber one will be twice as strong if not stronger. just some things to keep in mind. hope business goes well nick:thumbsup

Well at this point I'm looking at it this way, $200 carbon lip spoiler, or $200 S-FMU, hum......decisions decisions decisions!

In the long run I will get one because the car is going to be painted millenium yellow, black chrome rims, carbon fiber hood and lip spoiler! However, at this point it's all go no show!

First off, if you guys knew how much carbon fiber parts were to make you wouldn't say it's too much. People are paying $150 for the plastic RMDSM one and think of how inexpensive plastic is. And you couldn't get a new front for that price. The cheapest i've ever seen a front is importfan for $139 for the blitz, plus $219 to ship to residential, plus $100-200 to get it painted depending on the color and where you get it done, i think this is a good price for the lip.

it's bolted on with bolts/nuts/washers and also uses the stock bolts that attatch to the lower front bumper retainor. hardest part is jacking it up. that you will have to do from teh side. other than that, it just bolts on and off as you please. anything else let me know or hit me up on AIM shuwa29
