I could buy a beast of a gsx for less than $14k! But would I no.. because no 2g eclipse is worth that kind of cash anymore. Better luck on ebay finding someone there. I don't think anyone here would buy it for what you ask, especially since majority of us own 2gs.

yeah and 2g owners know how much everything is worth, like my rs i got about 20gs in it but when it comes down to it..IT IS STILL an RS. And now days no one cares how much u have in it they go by book value and that's it. Book price on ur car would be around 4-5k, i don't even think a bank would give someone a loan for 14k thats only worth that much

it'd have to be a high interest unsecured loan. can't get a loan for more than 80 percent of the car's blue book to private party. least that's the way it worked with me.

i am not trying to make my car sound hella bad ass or anything i would still be losing my ass on this car i just feel that this price is fair for the car thats all.
