i have four brand new splitfire spark plugs. part number sf392c. i thought they would fit my car but they dont. i tried putting them in and the wires wouldnt snap on them. according to this page, they only fit nonturbos as well as many other cars if you have those too.
here is the technical info listed on the site: 14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, resistor, power tip, copper core, ISO height, split "v" ground electrode
The Splitfire "V" design in the ground electrode is instrumental in helping to improve combustion efficiency. Because the flame kernel isn't blocked by the ground electrode, it can travel through the "V" notch into the combustion chamber. Copper core aids in cooling. Power tip projects the firing tip into the combustion chamber for maximum exposure to the air/fuel mixure. Smooth ceramic insulator to insure a tight seal at plug boot. Resistor plugs minimize electronic interference and can aid in reducing electrode erosion.
this page here lists all vehicle it will fit on. http://www.sparkplugs.com/results_fitment.asp?pid=sf392c
that site sells them for $4 a piece...i will sell them all for $12 shipped. if you want them let me know

reason for people not buying is most of the eclipses call for ngk plugs, other types of plugs like to help eat gas as in making ur car run too hot or not enough spark to run hot enough.
