color doesnt matter im having it all painted and im getting headlights.

i hope all i need to go from 96 front end to the 2gb front is the headlights?

looking for very very low price , suffering huge financial issues currently due to ASSHOLE COPS who hunt me down and pull me over for having an air freshner (size of a quarter) today, along with other "violations"
