Alright it worked before I took it out as far as I know "a bearing within the trany is bad" I just ended up purchasing another used one but, this did work when it was pulled just it made a "grinding" noise when the clutch was disengaged in nuetral, 1st, and 2nd. Selling as is and not looking to tear it apart anymore than it already is.

As you can see its torn a part a bit with some surface rust. I think someone out there could use it for just the bellhousing or if they know what they are really doing with the tranny fix it.
