This is for the stratus style oil pump with hydraulic tensioner. Cannot be used with SRT-4 oil pump.

Does the tensioner pulley include the bracket? What are the exact part numbers of each item?

Yes it includes the pivot bracket. The 2.4 doesnt have a bracket like the 2.0 if thats what your asking. I dont have the part numbers.
