I'm 99% sure only the 95 model bracket will work. The TCU is mounted next to the ECU on the 95 model. If I'm not mistaken, 96 is when they moved it in behind the console.
Let me know whatcha got...

I only need the bracket from a 95 ATX, not the ECU or the TCU.
