I have a 97 eclipse, I had my windows pulled cause it was ready to get painted a whole different color. The guy that was pulling my windows told me that before he pulls them there is a chance of the front window breaking upon pulling it. (It's common in Eclipse's I guess) Well sure enough it fuckin cracked.....So he didn't charge me for pulling any of the windows. Now I am in need of a new fron Windshield. If anyone has one in mint condition then please get back to me asap. I live in Elyria,Ohio 44035 for the shipping purposes. I am about 30 min West of Cleveland, Ohio. I am willing to drive to pick one up too. Approx: within 1 hour of my location. Help me out here guys...this is definitely a kick in the nuts....thanks.

Hey man i'm in SW Columbus and have one on my 96 esi parts car. If you can come up here and pull it out you can have it for a 50. I've never pulled glass before but if you want to help me tackle it we can learn together :)

That is a great price man! I also appreciate the offer too but number one: columbus is more than an hour drive from me.... and number 2: I had a professional pull my window and he fucked it up...I don't think I wanna chance trying to take one out....lol you know what I mean? Especially If I was to even drive out all that way.

Your probably not going to find anyone that has a windshield already pulled, I would goto a glass shop, mid as well just drive it there after its painted and rock the eclipse out like a jeep wrangler or hummer with no windshield.

I can get you one pulled for 80 bucks from a local junk yard plus shipping, but damn I dont even know who would ship a windshield besides some expensive company, but if you know I'll do it.

Well my dude up here is a corvette tech at a local stealership and can probably give me a hand with the pull. It wouldn't cost ya more than 30 bucks in gas if you have a truck w/ a 4 banger, i drive up to norwalk 10+ times a summer. Makes no difference to me one way or the other, let me know if you need it.

I drive up to norwalk all the time too! I do have a truck with a v6 tho...lol it would still get me there though. Yet, 50.00 is a nice deal. BUT....what happens if I meet you, and he helps you with the pull and it breaks??

Your windshield is in MINT condition right? No cracks, pits, chips, nic's etc ? If so....when and where would you like to make this arrangment?

I'll go double check, i wouldn't waste your time if it was cracked or chipped.

Umm does your insurance not cover your windshield?? I can get a new windshield every year for free if i want. I would call your insurance company and tell them you have a crack in your windshield they should replace it for free, especially since it is a safety hazzard.
