Yes if you disconnect the serial to USB cable however you need to have port where you can screw the cable into the computer other wise it will disconnect all the time.

I did originally get it from obd-2.com, however I have used it with other another OBDII platform called obdtool with no problems.

I just got back on so I do still have it. However, to be fair I need to offer the cable to the people who have posted before you first just as a courtesy. If no one is interested in it then you can have it.
