Tb stock or jeep? got both

1:1 Aeromotive brand new

Fuel pump have stock and an external one (hrc).

Is the Jeep TB already modified and good to go? If not, I'll just take the stocker. How much for the 1:1 and the stock pump? How many miles?
I am on a time constraint so speedy shipping is much appreciated.
