What it says up there but with a External wastegate 38mm flange and a t3 flange. Log style of course. Pics would be great. Or you can point me in the direction to get one at a decent price. Thanks guys!

street source has stainless steel ones for a reasonable price. I am selling my T3 flanged Hahn manifold, it is not setup for an external wastegate however.. but I could give it to you cheap enough that you could probably get it all plumbed for an external gate for cheap, I got a bunch of quotes for $50cdn to get an external gate installed up here. It would be much easier if you use a Turbosmart or Turbonetics Deltagate, the Tial 38mm is quite tall and difficult to fit..
I would sell it to you for $60 shipped..
