Squid skins sells them brand new in CF for $250 CND (I can't remember the exchange rate right now) here check this out they are at the very bottom of the page.

I believe they will do them in fiberglass for you as well if you call and ask. If they do it should be a dramatic savings. You just have to call and ask there's no harm in that.
