For sale in Orlando, FL - silver 1996 Eclipse RS with 128k miles.

I've owned the car since 1997 at 22k miles, and I've never had a problem with its reliability. I replaced the starter before it died at 85k miles, and I replaced a broken driver door handle at 95k miles. This has been my daily driver for great gas mileage (26 city / 36 highway) and low insurance costs for a long time, but I no longer need it since I purchased a new car last month. I put on new tires with a balance and alignment this summer, so they've only got about 4-5k miles on them.

The only modifications are Symborski shifter bushings, Alfa Otto reverse glow gauges (white/silver day, blue & red at night) and the following stereo system:
Pioneer DEH-P7400MP CD/MP3 head unit with remote.
Sony 90W Amp powering 2 Pioneer 6.5" 3-way and 2 Pioneer 6x9" 4-way speakers.
Sony 200W Amp powering a 12" Kicker subwoofer in a sealed box.
Optima Yellow-top battery.
4g Rockford Fosgate main power wiring split to 8g wiring to the amps. This wiring will support power for 800W if you want to upgrade the amps. I believe the front Pioneer speakers were 75W RMS and the rears were around 100W RMS. I don't know the RMS handling of the sub since it was given to me a friend a few years ago.

Although the car is in good running condition, it does have a few issues:
It does burn some oil, and I put in .5-1 qt every 3-4 weeks.
It was rear ended at a stop light last spring and the rear fascia was replaced, but the paint doesn't match perfectly.
The rear passenger quarter panel clearcoat is peeling, so the car could use new paint anyway.
The rear hatch has a small leak when it rains, and I believe it is from the spoiler screw holes.

I took off the aluminum pedals and shift knob in the photos and went back to stock a couple months ago. The pedals and knob were cheap and not worth it anyway.

The KBB private party value in fair condition is $2200, but I'm only asking $1500. Email me at ucfjtm@yahoo.com for any questions or more pictures. Thank you.

Might be interested. Would you be willing to hold the car til mid January when I get back from Iraq? I'm stationed at Ft Stewart GA so we could come down and pick it up on a weekend. I would also be willing to make a deposit immediately to you towards the car by paypal. LMK about all of the above please. PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

TIA
