Well guys, it's about time to sell the 420A. However, I have never sold a custom car and need some help pricing it accordingly. Bear in mind, this is not some 1/2 ass attempt to fix a car up... This car was done right.

The car has 49K actual miles on it. I purchased her approx 5 years ago with low 30's on the odometer, so as you can see, I didn't drive her much, other than weekend joy rides basically.

The only real needs are a set of tires before long, the car drives smooth, very responsive, no problems. Just about every single bit of maintenance that could be done has been done...

The engine bay has changed a little since this. The heat shield was removed, the IC piping was powdercaoted to match the valve cover and a few other minor changes. I'll try to get a fresh pic soon.

There are alot of great mods done to that car, I would say in the 9-10K range for sure.

If you ebay it i would think you could get around 12-14k.

i would def. ebay it..locally your gonna have to find somebody who actually has the money, AND likes the taste, b/c for some people that might be a little 2 much flash...ebay you have way many more people looking at it..i'd prob say somewhere between 10-13k

tis sad to see you go Super, I spoke with you a few times about your car and I remember oogling over a few of your war stories. I hope you get what you want out of it.

For a base price, I would take book value and add 40-50% of what you've added to it. Hopefully you will get that much.

Try eBay at least 2-3 times first. Start very very high and let people talk you down a bit.

Try to sell it during the first listing. That stuff's not cheap. A local guy around here relisted his numerous times at a little under 500 dollars a listing/relisting.

Try setting boundaries so you don't get deadbeat bidders. Also try to use an outside image source instead of eBay's image hosting, etc.

I am working on a listing right now... Damn, takes a lot of work if you want a decent one.

I still gotta get some current pics to use in the auction, and when I get it done I will post back to this thread with the eBay link.

As you probably know, I sold my turbo sebring to get a good daily driver. Well its been a year, and i got the boost itch, and I'm looking around to get a 2gnt eclipse to build up. Well, i've always admired your car, and know how well you've built her up.
