100k on the car. 80k on the motor. The car is green in color. No dents at all. Its also automatic. Car is all stock except the aftermarket radio and cold air intake. This is for a kid I know.

I'm wondering as to why the engine was rebuilt at 20k miles...

It probably wasn't rebuilt. He never said it was rebuilt. Best guess is that his motor blew and he put a used one in.
