REAL ViS Xtreme GT Hood (Brand New)

This hood is brand new, only laid on the car once, and changed my mind and wanted to get the G-Speed hood, nothing wrong with this one, I love the look but I've had the same style one for about a year now and had it fly up on me because it wasn't latched completley, and insurance replaced it with this one. Here are a few pics of the old hood, this one is brand new however, you will not get the same one in the pictures. Asking $500 which is less than I paid, plus shipping, or can arrange to pick it up or meet somewhere near.

Its only worth what someone will pay for it. On ebay this hood is $500 brand new shipped. I would suggest selling your for atleast around 450. shipped. Ebay has a buyer feedback where you can see if other ebay buyers bought a hood from the seller and if it was real.

all fine and well but i am not ebay, i am more interested in selling the hood locally hence the price, but if someone is willing to have it shipped fine, if your not interested in the hood then your opinion means nothing to me, if you can get it on ebay thats just great, i can get a lot of things cheaper on ebay than i can at local stores, but i choose to shop elsewhere, so once again the price is $500 not 300 not $450 the hood is not in a MUST SELL situation if it comes down to it I will keep both hoods, it makes no difference to me.

1. You didn't really tell us what you paid for it.

2. It's not worthless to the rest of us to know if/that we can get it cheaper somewhere else imo. Just looking out for each other.

It wasn't worthless. Although he was wrong. It's approximately 510 shipped to someone's door for the exact same authentic ViS hood.

Well R34, I think you learned a valueable lesson from this site...well at least I hope you have.

This site looks out for one another when it comes to things like this...I mean this is what this site if for right? We tell each other how to do something to your car in the most cost effective way, by sharing other sources that may in fact be cheaper for the same product.

So you really can't take any type of offense to that...this site may help you like that one day. I know this site has pissed me off as well as made me very happy and saved me a ton of money at the same time.

I think the qoute: "This isn't Burger King, you don't always get it your way...you either take it our way or you don't get the SOB!" best describes this site. And everything needs to be take with a grain of salt...

no offense taken, im not trying to cut a deal on this hood by any means, I was more or less trying to sell it locally but if someone was willing to take it off my hands great, its brand new so I'm not trying to knock the price down, as I have the option to send it back to ViS, and just pay the difference. It was a take it or leave it deal, not a once in a life time offer, just tryin to let it go around my area if someone didnt want to wait on shipping, if not like i said i'll ship it back and pay the dif for the new hood.
