I"m sorry but I packaged them up nicley....and you know they were, you admited it to me in a e-mail saying that they way I had them packaged up there is NO WAY the switch could have fallen out, remember. The panels took the post office forever to get to you, from what you say but I know when I shipped them out, and you know when you got them you where happy to see them....I have been in touch with the post office and they said that they atomatically insure packages for up to 100$....YOU NEED TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE....there is nothing more I can do. I am sorry but I will send you a switch but as far as a refund for panels that I sent out that where mint....you are going to have to deal with the post office not me....sorry, but I did all I could and they were boxed up nicley. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.

they were boxed up nicely? they were just put in a card board floppy box that was barely big enough for them. and the box was wrapped in some tape so the panels dont fall out. just because the switch couldnt have fallen out doesnt mean the package was right. its as if i just taped 2 panels together and sent them out. i will go to the post office to see what they say but the package should have been better. i will await the switch and kep you posted.

I will do anything in my power to help you out. But I did box them up nicley and I tried my best...the post office told me it was fine for shipping, when I wen to the office. They also told me that the PO automatically puts 100$ on all shipped packages...so please try your hardest to deal with them...if the post office didn't think the package was boxed good enough they wouldn't have shipped it out to you. So please realize I did all I could and will continue to help you out...but I can't in no way refund 100%....thanks and sorry about this being public...it should have been posted threw PM's.

i still havent rcvd my switches. have you sent them out? you advised me that you would send new ones out a while back. let me know
