No. They should be made of polyurethane. I don't think anyone sells oem style front bumpers in fiberglass but I could be wrong. Email the seller and ask him what the bumper is made out of just to double check but I'm pretty sure it's made of polyurethane or some other flexible material. That's what I got when I bought mine off of ebay.
