I just did a search on ebay for bumpers and I found an auction for the 97-99 front bumper for $73 and a shipping charge of $50. That's not bad in my opinion for a new front bumper. I bought mines off of ebay about a year and a half ago when I did my conversion and I paid like $175 shipped. So you should definately check out ebay. No. They should be made of polyurethane. I don't think anyone sells oem style front bumpers in fiberglass but I could be wrong. Email the seller and ask him what the bumper is made out of just to double check but I'm pretty sure it's made of polyurethane or some other flexible material. That's what I got when I bought mine off of ebay.

I guess they are urethane, even the cheap one ($74). I'll go that route. Did you need to modify it any for any reason, did it bolt right up?

It was a direct fit for me. The only thing you probably won't like is the huge holes where the fog lights are supposed to be. So, you might wanna pick up the plastic fog light light inserts to cover them or you can do what I did and just put wire mesh grills to cover the holes.
