Off my 99 GS, It will include the bar and the stock bushings, no mounting hardware. Shipping will probably be around 20-25 bucks, but I won't know for sure until I get it boxed up. You will only pay actual shipping charges. I also don't know what to ask for this, I've never seen one sold. So please make an offer.
Once again this is for the rear factory sway bar and bushings off my 99 GS. No mounting hardware, and NO front bar. This would be a nice upgrade for a RS.
