I am thinking about doing the manual swap in a few weeks when I get some graduation money. I need manual swap parts and a tranny. I prefer to buy everything as a lot so I don't have to track it all down. But I will however buy the tranny seperatley if I can get a deal. SO does anyone have this stuff.. i have some shit from a neon, i think its all the same thing...
i have the shifter cables, shifter assembly with shifter, shift boot and shift knob along with the assembly to bolt it down, i have the master cyl and and the slaev cylinder, i even have the resorvoir :)
all you would need is a clutch and tranny.
everything has 7k miles on it.

Talk about a day late......i have a manual swap kit but just sold the shifter cables and shift boot because no one wanted the kit! Here is what is what i have:

Brake pedal assy
clutch pedal assy
Clutch master, lines and slave cyl
rear roll bracket
shifter assy/w/knob
stock clutch with 30k on it
all hardware bolts ect

if your interested 75.0 shipped without clutch 100. with clutch


you still need:
shift cables, shift boot, ecu, trans.

if you buy the stuff from terry, i got the rest to complete your setup besides the ecu, but i can get you one if you want.

yes the clutch is a factory clutch and it is modular. I am off work wed-friday so i can ship ups any day. everythign is ready to go and boxed up.

Modular meaning what.. You gotta deal with me a little bit, because most of this I am going on trust that this will all bolt up and work with a few exceptions from the shit i need for my tranny. I get a flywheel with the clutch rite? and I have read I need the longer bolts for the shifter assembly because they are different than the ones that hold my auto assembly in place. And do you know where I could find some manual shifter cables

Ok all the bolts come with it....all of them!

All you need as far as the clutch goes......the flexplate you have now, also called a starter ring gear, that will stay on the motor. your torque convertor will come out and the clutch will bolt up just like the torque convertor.

Where to find clutch cables.......find out if the neon ones are the same...mike has a set. if not then a junkyard, or if anothe rmember comes up with a car he is parting out. poss dsm trader.

tenzo-r, i have the shifter cables from a neon, im 98% sure they are the same.

Well rite now I sent money out to Star Turbo Talon, so that was all the money I could afford to push towards modding. But in two weeks if they are still available I may grab them from you. I need to be 100% certain they will go on without a problem I'd hate to get into this project blind folded to find out that some parts wont bolt on correctly. Get me some more information though about those cables. And for those reading this, let me know if anyone is selling a tranny.

Yes got it and it will be out in the am tomarrow. I will be using ups due to the weight of the clutch.

Alright, awesome Terry. I contacted grain about the tranny and he only has the 3.55 gear boxes so I'm just going to wait and see if I can find someone parting their tranny out.
