For Sale
Stock shortblock, includes, crank, rods, pistons, bearings, oil pump, water pump etc. does NOT include oil pan.
basically i pulled out the stock block and put in a built short block.
Was losing compression on the #3 cylinder, when we pulled the motor, headgasket was found to be blown. Visual inspection of the block looks fine (no metal shavings, no signs of detonation, etc) altho none of the pistons were pulled to inspect the sides of the pistons, rings, ringlands etc. I would not be surprised if the #3 piston ringlands are damaged, the cylinder walls are fine tho, and people have sold used good coniditon stock pistons here for as little as $5-10 a piece.
Motor has ~35K miles on it, sold as is, local pick up only. Located in Gainesville, Florida. Will consider driving to meet you somewhere within reason
