ill be home after noon tommorrow. I have 2 tensioners and one tensioner pulley bracket with pulley. So answer to your question is both. One guy has dibs on bracket and a tensioner but i do have one tensioner left.

is the timing belt tensioner the hydraulic piece, or the tensioner bearing on the bracket that the hydraulic piece pushes up on?
