The 1 with the fuel pressure regulator @ the end of the fuel rail . do not need FPR . This the DOHC not the SOHC engine .
I need . please e-mail if you have one .
The early 96 NA's work also .

does the fpr bolt on the rail or slide in the end of the rail. if it slides in, i have one.

YES , it slides in . $ 80 including shipping sound about right ($112.63 brand new from Mitsu) .
