mine has no rust on it. Cant say it has never been used cause I bought car used but can say never used by me in the 8 yrs I owned it. Also it still has the white lettering painted on and little nubby's from new tires have.

i have from my 98 that has never ever been used, i know this cuz the car used to be my dads before i bought it from him and we as the only 2 owners of the car have never used it. its sitting in my basement right now collecting dust :) no rust neither. hows $50 shipped sound? shipping will be about 20-25 bucks or so... LMK
