Just seeing how many people are interested in full-replacement OEM carbon fiber mirrors.
My buddy owns a shop that does a lot of custom carbon fiber work for imports.
I have given him my stock side mirrors to help make the replacement CF mirrors.
He will make at least one set for myself. Anymore, thereafter, will be based on the
feedback provided. I will post pics of the mirrors once they are complete.

Is makign the mirror out of carbonfiber or simply taking a mirror and wrapping it with a layer of carbon fiber?

Not wrapping or any type of overlay.

Eh not sure.......i guess it would depend on price really. I cant imagine savign a whole lot of weight with the mirrors.
