Having the seats re-covered will cost you a good $700+ installation unless you plan to wrap it yourself. Leather was deffintley worth the upgrade though. May I suggest that when you get them wrapped you get some seat heaters put in if you are in a colder climate. I checked online somewhere and there is a company that sells seat heaters $70 per seat. It heats your ass and lower back, but I suppose you can move the heating mechanism anywhere you want in the seat.

I paid $100 plus shipping for rear leather seats is that good?

paid $500 for front and back black leather seats in pretty much new condition.
however did take me a year to find them :) i don't think suie's price is too high. seats look to be in good condition.
might want to try ebay for other options too.

tan leather isnt as in demand as grey and grey isnt as in demand as black, but Im hopin I get some money in soon so I can buy suie's seats before someone else does.
