A guy was selling them on mp3car.com for around $100, and they were calling them "allen ruble" controllers. It comes with everything else, including the power inverter, and touchscreen controller.

I don't know what the osd board is, doesnt come with the cables, it comes with a hirose connector, the touchscreen kit isnt usb, comes with an ELO touchscreen overlay, which is supposedly one of the best. It doesn't come with a remote because its primary function is to be used as a monitor for a carputer. I understand not wanting to spend more to get it to work, but if you're not gonna run a carputer, you'll probably just be better off getting a 7" screen on ebay.
