68198, FS: Crank Scraper & oil pan gasket and coilovers. Posted by micyek, Feb-28-05 12:33 PM
Everything is brand new never installed. I bought the crank scraper from a group buy here at 2gnt about 1 1/2 years ago and never got around to installing it. I don't remember what I paid for it but it wasn't a ton less than what they go for from the manufacturer. And I bought the oil pan gasket from Satan to do a sandwich type thing. But now I'm working on a 2.4 so this won't work for me anymore. The scraper is from http://www.crank-scrapers.com/ and go for 50 bucks...I don't remember want the gasket goes from...but 15 bucks sticks in my head. You can have them both for 55 shipped.
I don't know much about the coilovers...I bought those about 2 years ago and didn't spend a ton on them but more than the cheap ones that you see all over ebay. But I did acquire them from an ebay auction. But not from a "dealer" it was from an individual hard up for cash. I just looked up what I paid for them and it was 72 dollars and buy it now price of 90. I guess I would like to get at least 60 for them shipped. I beleive they are 0" to 2" drop. :shrug They look like a good product. They come with all the screws, o-rings and allen wrenches and such. I decided if I’m going to do suspension mods I will go all out with shocks struts and springs the whole 9 yards…not just some coilovers.
Here’s a couple of pics.

if you interested let me know :thumbsup

oh come one...it's a five minute job with the engine out...the only reason I didn't do it, is because it's a pain in the ass to pull my down pipe off. Crazy Canadians anyway :P

LOL.
Seriousley Kent, I said to my dad when we were putting it all together. "I can't believe i don't have a crankscraper "
i just can't afford the 50 bones right now. I need a few more IMPORTANT ie: get the car running mods first.
I'll keep it in mind though .
