you dont need the pully....

remove the entire pully assy, you can leave the black bracket.

then loosen the 3 bolts on the P/S pump..

buy a 47" 5 ribbed belt and install it as you normally would..

tighten the tension by pulling the P/S pump towards the front of the car, and tighten the bolts while holding the tension..

youre good to go, and with money in your pocket..

Or I could sell you the pulley. I really have no idea what they are worth though. I am selling an entire working A/C system from a 96 RS.

well mitsubishi is the only place that can order one and they want $131.92 plus tax. so of course i said HELL no. but i think i may try doing it without the pulley first. but i want to keep you in mind if i decide to buy the pulley. about how much do you want for it?

Do you have a pulley right now? If you are throwing belts you might be able to just replace the inner bearing of the pulley. Check out the performance/engine section and search for pulley or bearing and you should find a post by jamesman.

well i just tossed the pulley and did what MitsuNiko99 said to try. it worked out great and saved me a lot of money. only thing was that it was a 49" belt and not a 47". but the idea was great and it works great.
