I got a 96 talon. Do 95 rs have power side mirrors? I need the plastic piece for the manual mirrors (right hand side)Its a triangle piece that has a hole in the middle for the knob. I need an oil pan gasket too

I sent this guy my $45 for both front fender wells. I didnt recieve them for 2 weeks so I sent him an email. He then told me that he would send them the next day with a tracking #. It has been another week and still no fender wells. And now he will not return my email. Has anyone dealt with him and recieved parts? THanks
