Think about it. This car stock has a blue book value of around 8K. It has around 20K invested in it. I think asking only 7K above blue book is worth it. you couldn't duplicate this car for 15K, along with the cost of the car.

if the car doesn't sell, im going to part it out over the winter time. i wont be posting anything for sale till its off the car and in boxes. ill have pictures of the parts in the boxes so we don't run into the same bs ive done in the past. this time, the car is being sold.

I feel you on this one however...two years ago I sold a 2000 yz 125 dirtbike that had 6 grand invested plus 3 grand for the bike for a measly 2200 dollars

well, my whole thing is.. you couldn't duplicate what i have for 15K

I think its possible to duplicate what you have for 15K give or take some details... like say you can get a 97-99 rs for around 3500... that would leave you 11,500 to mod with... or get a 97-99 gs for about 4500 and have 10,500 to mod with... or evern better... get a 1g awd or 95-96 gsx or tsi awd and have enough money left over to get double the HP of your GS.

I have a 1g awd sittin in my garage right now and "should" put down atleast 300 awhp and I have 500 in the car and so far 1000 in the motor. I dont want to start a big thing about what it can do cause its gonna be a while before it even sees the road much less a dyno.

you started saying you could build my car, but then went into talking about building a 1g. My car currently blue books for about 8K. You cant find a great condition eclipse for anything less than at least 6K. Check out ebay.

When I say you can't duplicate this, i mean you can't duplicate this exact type of car.

So.. Either way. Ive done the figures, if you tried to build this car with the value that it has. It would be 8K for the car plus about 15K to get it in the same form as mine. thats not including labor.

It blue book for that but you can never expect to get it. I just looked up 99 oz eclipses on auto trader and the denver news paper and I found 13 99 OZ eclipses for 6400 or less.

Im sure Brynden had more money in his car and he only got 10k for it. Just an expample.
