youre kidding right? a used timing belt? how would you feel if it snapped. timing belts shouldn't be reused.

ok then, buy his belt and see where it might get you. milage doesn't matter for the most part.

unless its cracked or torn or missing ribs, it's fine. hardly any stress on a gatorback after 2000 miles.
