i have access to some of these. will only bee the gear box, and not the bell housing since they are coming from 95-96-97 neons. (cable clutch) they will be 250 shipped. no warrenty or anything, cause i cant tell how they are or how they have been driving. they have about 90k, to 130k miles on them. i need to see if there is any interest in this for me to start getting them

i wont accept any down payments. so this is going to be out of my pocket to begin with. will include the gear box, output shaft bearing, diff., and the bolts to connect it to the bell housing.

What is the final drive ratio of a standard DSM 'box? Any other ratio differences between the two trannys, or just the final drive?

Just the final drive on the 95-99 boxes.

The standard 2gnt/Avenger/Sebring T350 uses a 3.94 final drive. The SOHC Neon box uses a 3.55 final drive.

nice price , you have my interest. Just worried about the miles and the synchros.

i will work with the people that buy these. if you stick the tranny in, and it grinds a gear. ill try my best to find you a replacement syncro. but this isnt going to be a 3 months down the road type of thing.

I thought these tranny's also addressed the absence of first and second gear that comes with higher power levels? I was thinking that these also had taller gears, was I missing something here?

The taller final drive makes all the gears taller, Kirby.

probably a dumb question but i'll ask anyway...will my quaife fit in this one??? Also if it's gonna be 250shipped to hawaii i'ld be really interested. lmk tks

i would have to see the price difference with shipping to hawaii, i can take a hit on shipping, but to an extent.

just installed one with 120k miles on my car and i love it. 5th gear is great for highway traveling. its like 2400 rpm's at 80 mph. the 3.94 is at 3500 rpm's at the same speed.
