can't. i'm suppose to be varifying the bank account which is not mine because I don't have a credit card or a checking account. i filled in the correct info and i'm always getting "there was an error adding your bank account". and if i was to make a new account it wouldn't let me because it won't let me make two accounts with the same bank info.

Yeah Paypal is gay. They limit your purchases and it's a PITA to varify it. Well I'll try out junk yard but I bet they'll charge me alot.
